Match Basics
EN: Overs format, ball type, substitutes, and match-day timing.

Conduct
EN: Respect umpiring decisions, opponents, and ground rules.
JA: 審判・対戦相手・グラウンドのルールを尊重しましょう。
Training / Net Practice
EN: Arrive 10 minutes early. Warm-up is mandatory. Helmet recommended in nets.
JA: 10分前集合。ウォームアップ必須。ネットではヘルメット推奨。
Safety
EN: Stop play in dangerous conditions (lightning, unsafe pitch). First-aid kit present.
JA: 雷・危険なピッチなどの場合は中止。救急セットを用意します。
Fees / Membership (optional)
